- WHAT IS A BRALETTE?
A bralette in Marina Sole terms is a soft cup, underwire-less bra for petite breasts.
- I HAVE A CUP SIZE THAT IS LARGER THAN A D, COULD YOU MAKE A BRALETTE LARGE ENOUGH TO FIT ME?
Unfortunately we only cut our cup pieces large enough to comfortably fit a C cup (sometimes a D). We are not able to re-cut any pieces to fit a larger bust size then this.
- MY SIZE ISN’T AVAILABLE FOR THE BRALETTE STYLE I WOULD LIKE, WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO ORDER?
Don’t stress, if you would like to have one in a bigger size than we offer we can customize one for you.
- I DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT; CAN I CARRY OUT A BANK TRANSFER INSTEAD?
Sorry, we only use PayPal or credit card through certified Stripe.
- WHEREABOUTS ARE YOU STOCKED?
Marina Sole is stocked via our online store, or at one of our stockists in our stockist list above. If you are interested in becoming a future stockists please contact us via email, info@marinasole_petitelingerie.com
- IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO PICK UP MY BRALETTE DIRECTLY INSTEAD OF PAYING FOR POSTAGE?
We don’t allow pick-ups from our studio if you live in the same city unfortunately. Our post is an express service, so if you are in the same city, once the package is dispatched it will usually arrive within 3-4 business days.
- HOW COME I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER YET? I HAVE JUST PLACED MY ORDER.
- You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging in to your account page. Once you login to your account using your email address and password, you will be able to view your Order History and view past orders and current orders that you have placed.
Tracking numbers are only emailed once your order has been hand made, packaged and then dispatched. If you are curious as to the where about of your package, or want to know how far away it is from completion please feel free to email us. We’ll be more then happy to help you out.
- IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY POSTAGE ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please email us straight away with your full name (and order number if possible), and just let us know the new address of which your parcel needs to go too.
- DO YOU DO BLOGGER AND INSTAGRAM COLLABORATIONS OR PROMOTIONS?
We love collaborating with other creatives, especially those we think have a similar vibe to us. If you’d like to work with us, the best way for us to keep in touch with you is via email, please contact us this way. If it is in relation to an Instagram collaboration, please also include your Instagram name.
- DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We sure do! At this point in time there is no international tracking service for your parcel though. We’re happy to announce though this won’t be the case for very much longer.
