Marina Solé offers free shipping US wide for orders over $90. Some pieces can take 1 week to be produce and then dispatched. Please check each product page for a better delivery day estimate for each piece.
Once your order has been completed and dispatched Marina Soléwill be in contact with you via email to confirm your order has been sent.
If your shipping address is within US you will receive a tracking number. We use UPS parcel registered boxes for US orders.
If your shipping address is located overseas we have two shipping options- a registered post option which doesn't include tracking or a tracked post option which is dearer, and will arrive quicker after we've dispatched the parcel. We use post bags from Australia Post for International orders. Please note any tracking numbers will not lodge online over the weekend, or any non business days. Tracking numbers via US PS can take up to 48 hours to lodge online. Please contact us info@marinasolelingerie if you have any concerns.
Taxes and Duties
-All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties, and will be due upon collection or delivery of the order. -All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). -Customs require that we state the exact value of your order directly on your parcel. -Taxes and fees are based on many different reasons (location, item value, material etc), and we have no control on these costs. - Marina Solé does not collect or pay for any of these fees, nor are we able to predict them for each state or territory. -Any parcels that are delivered back to our HQ due to not being collected or an incorrect postal address on the customers behalf will have a choice of having the parcel redelivered (at the cost of another postage fee). You must respond within 7 days to be eligible to have your parcel redelivered. -We do not take responsibility for parcels that have been returned to us by the post, due to incorrect postal addresses on the customers behalf -Uncollected parcels that are delivered back to our HQ are not deemed to eligible for refund as they are not faulty.
